Halloween A-Z - Bundle

These Halloween A-Z flashcards are the perfect way to introduce your students to Halloween.For each letter of the alphabet there is a different spooky Halloween word. There are a mixture of verbs, nouns and adjectives in the set.There are flashcards to introduce the words and picture & word cards to practise the vocabulary.There are 3 different versions of the flashcards to give you as much flexibility as possible. There is a version with the letter of the alphabet in the corner, a version without the letter and a version with the Montessori grammar symbols.

Bingo is a fun way to practise Halloween vocabulary!How to play:Every student needs a card and 9 counters.Using the control card, the teacher reads out one of the Halloween words. If a student has the picture of that word on their card, they cover it with a counter.You can play for a line (3 in a row) or a full house (all 9 pictures). The first person to cover their pictures shouts 'Bingo!'.

Dominoes is a great game for practising vocabulary.How to play:You need 3 or more players.Divide the cards equally between players. The person with the start card begins. Students take it in turns to play. If you do not have the correct card to play, you miss a turn. The first person to get rid of all of their cards, wins.(A student can also work alone and try and put all the cards down themselves)

This fun chain game is a great way to practise Halloween A-Z vocabulary.How to play:Divide the cards between the students. The person with the first card begins.A: 'I have the first card. Who has the zombie?'B: 'I have the zombie. Who has the x-ray?'C: 'I have the x-ray. Who has R.I.P.?'The game continues like this until the last card.This game is a quick way to learn vocabulary and to practise pronunciation.Tip: Use a stopwatch and see how fast your students can get to the end. Each time they play, they should try to beat their record.
