This activitiy focuses on Christmas vocabulary that comes up in Brown Owl's Busy Christmas Scene and Christmas Poem.

Once children are familiar with the words (I usually introduce these with flashcards), they can practise their reading skills by using the words in context.    

Worksheet 1: read the sentences and colour the picture accordingly.

Worksheet 2: write sentences for your partner to read and colour.
