This Read & Colour activity is a fun way to practise football/soccer vocabulary and colours.There are 2 versions of the worksheet so you can pick the level that suits your students best.

Bingo is a fun way to practise football vocabulary!How to play:Every student needs a card and 8 counters.Using the control card, the teacher reads out one of the football words. If a student has the picture of that word on their card, they cover it with a counter. The first person to cover all of their 8 pictures shouts 'Bingo!'.

This fun chain game is a great way to practise football vocabulary.How to play:Divide the cards between the students. The person with the first card begins.A: 'I have the first card. Who has the football?'B: 'I have the football. Who has the football pitch?'C: 'I have the football pitch. Who has the football player?'The game continues like this until the last card.This game is a quick way to learn vocabulary and to practise pronunciation.Tip: Use a stopwatch and see how fast your students can get to the end. Each time they play, they should try to beat their record.
