Module 1: Expressive Listening

The aim is to understand music as a non-verbal means of emotional expression and to reflect on one's own ideas and feelings when listening to music.

The students engage artistically with the music and explore the piece in various ways. They initially express their listening impressions nonverbally and then learn to verbalize them in the next step.

This material can be used in international music lessons or in interdisciplinary teaching.
