Children can make their own mini book to practise reading key words and phrases from 'Brown Owl at the Seashore' by Rachel Schmidlechner and Nadja Grace Bodner.
Version 1: this book is for non-readers and focusses on the seashore words that begin with the letter 's'. It also includes a hidden object picture.
Version 2: this book is for readers and practises saying what Brown Owl can hear and see at the seashore. It also includes a hidden object picture to colour in, and a tongue twister from the book.
Version 3: This includes sentences from the story and key words for the pupils to write. It also includes a hidden object picture to colour in, and a tongue twister from the book.
