Incredible unit to work vertebrate and invertebrate animals. They are going to love it.

• First, you have the contents page. On this page you can find the contents that are studied in the topic that they appear, as a summary, apart from all those important aspects that we are going to study.
• On the page What I want to know? we intend to collect those pupils’ questions connected with the topic, in order to satisfy their curiosity. We can watch videos, go to the library, look for information from books pupils bring from their homes… We can also use the pages entitled «I see, I think, I wonder». On those pages we can see images that we can show to our students. Once we show them the images, they can devote some minutes to thinking about them. We stimulate curiosity through questions as: “How do dolphins communicate? How do different conuntries look after animals? Are there any sacred animals?”
• Then, you will find the summary of the topic. It is presented in two different forms, so you can choose the option you like most:

•Summary in black and white. It is perfect for printing it and let your students to colour, underline…

•Blank summary. It can be used for filling it in departing from information that students have elaborated previously.

• Worksheet about the characteristics of animals. You can see a comparative and pupils can analyse animals’ nutrition, reproduction…
