BINGO is a great game to practise and consolidate vocabulary.
It can be played as a class or in small groups with a quizmaster.
I have included a set of picture/word cards for the quizmaster to draw at random. If you print two sets, they double up as a game of pairs too.
If someone gets three pictures in a row, they shout LINE!
If they get all nice pictures, they shout BINGO!
I like to embed each word in a sentence so that the children are exposed to as much language as possible. E.g. I can see the Easter Bunny hopping about.
The vocabulary in this game also comes up in my Easter I-spy picture and Easter poem.
