These talking cards encourage students to think and talk about reasons for immigrants to leave their country. They also ask them to change perspective, to think about a country they would decide to emigrate to.

Students put the cards face down between them and then take turns turning them over, reading them to their partner or group and answering them. If they can’t think of a reason/answer, they can turn over the corresponding “help”-card and read it out to their partner/group. This way, students, who need more help, can participate.

I aligned the cards, so that you can print them on both sides too, if wanted.
