The video contains a dialogue, which is the basis for the exercises on the worksheet. It may be used for purposes of homeschooling, as it picks up on the situation with "homeschooling". In this video, the characters are reminiscent of the "good old days" before Corona, and talk about their routines on a day without Corona.  

Language-wise, learners are exposed to adverbs of frequency, and sentence formation in the simple present. 

It may be used as an introduction into the topic, but it also links up nicely with most textbooks for Gymnasium in year 5, where "routines" are often introduced.

The exercises on the worksheets follow a traditional "previewing"-"while-viewing"-"after-viewing" pattern and foster the use of all skills (watching, listening&reading). 

Teachers may also decide that their students may create their own dialogues, and have them record their own dialogues (speaking/writing).
