This is a differentiated gallery-reading exercise in which the students revise their understanding of the reading and listening texts “In the middle of nowhere” and “This isn’t a park” (lighthouse 3, unit 2, pages 30 and 31).
The students get a worksheet with questions to the texts. The same questions will be hung out in the classroom and provide multiple answers with a number for each. The students write down the answer and its number on their worksheets. In the end they have to do the calculations at the bottom of the worksheet and see if their solution matches the teacher’s.
