This worksheet combines two topics: Easter/spring vocabulary and colours.

Once children are familiar with the key spring/Easter words (I usually introduce these with flashcards), they can practise their reading skills by using the words in context.

Level 1: simple sentences, e.g. Colour the chicks yellow.

Level 2: longer sentences, e.g. Fox can see five chicks. Colour them yellow.
