This complete B2–C1 EFL lesson introduces learners to rare earth elements and the hidden supply chains behind modern technology. Students explore why possessing a natural resource does not automatically create power—and why processing capacity, specialist technology, infrastructure and control of strategic bottlenecks may matter even more.
