The Identity File is a communicative, thought-provoking B2/B2+ lesson that takes students beyond routine vocabulary and grammar practice. Through identity, friendships, personality and communication, students recycle familiar language while using it to think, discuss, personalise and make connections.

Students explore the people who influence them, reflect on how they have changed, analyse their communication habits and even defend an “unlikely” friendship.

The resource naturally revises personality & relationship vocabulary, communication expressions and Present Perfect Simple vs Present Perfect Continuous, while developing speaking fluency and critical thinking.
