Practise key words from the rhyming picture book ‚Brown Owl and the Bee Hive‘ with these word and picture dice (2 sets available, b&w or full colour, picture or word)
Set 1 includes characters from the story: Brown Owl, Busy Lizzy, Claire Bear, Little Jean, Granny & Grampy, Mabel Mouse
Set 2 includes key words: bee hive, honey, flowers, queen bee, trees, bees
HOW TO USE THE DICE:
1) Roll and say what you see, e.g. Claire Bear!
2) Roll two dice, find a pair (picture/picture or picture/word)
3) Roll two dice, find a pair and say what you see, e.g. I can see Busy Lizzy!
4) Play all of the above with a partner.
5) Which team is the fastest to roll two bee hives? Ready, set, go!
