“Santa Is Lost! Find the Way Home”

Santa Is Lost! Find the Way Home is a Christmas-themed Escape Room designed for Primary students learning English as a second language. Santa is trying to return to the North Pole, but a strong snowstorm has made him lose his way. Students become Santa’s Helpers and must solve a series of challenges to guide him home before time runs out.

This Escape Room is aligned with A1+ (Cambridge) level and focuses on the use of Present Simple and Present Continuous, including a guided contrast between both tenses. Through six different stages, students work on reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, logic, and problem-solving in a fun and meaningful context.

Each stage offers a different type of challenge and provides a clue (letters, numbers, symbols or directions) that helps complete the final path. The activities are highly visual, cooperative and accessible, making them ideal for Primary classrooms.

By the end of the Escape Room, students use all the clues together to help Santa find the correct route back to the North Pole, reinforcing language learning through play, teamwork and critical thinking.
