Simple but effective tasks for discussing and describing “Seasons” will encourage your students to talk about their favourite seasons, as well as to explain why they associate certain words with each one.

First, the students select the appropriate words from each section, then ask them to explain why the others do not fit. They can describe any time of the year in written form, using association words.

The file also includes the page – “My favourite season”. The children finish and colour the tree according to their favourite part of the year, then write the words they associate with it and create a short story or text using their key vocabulary.
