The aim of this game is to transform 20 present simple sentences into the passive voice (am/is/are + past participle).

The set includes a printable board with 20 squares, along with 40 green cards written in the active voice and 40 corresponding red cards written in the passive voice.

A dice and some counters are needed to play the game. Students take turns rolling the dice and moving their counters to the corresponding square. They then choose a green card and transform the sentence into the passive voice, or select a red card and transform it into the active voice instead. The first player to reach square 20 wins the game.

Although the game is designed to practise the passive and active voice orally, students may also write the sentences down.
