This multi-sensory, relaxation exercise was inspired by Brown Owl's birthday food, worm pizza.
It's my birthday today, it's time to bake!
Let's make worm pizza and chocolate cake.

Children HEAR the language being spoken by the teacher and then FEEL it on their backs or when they do the action for their partner.
The children are also exposed to new language and learn the steps to make a pizza.
HOW TO DO IT:
You need a room with lots of space.
Demonstrate with a volunteer for all to see.
Put the children in pairs. One lies face down, the other kneels at their side.
Read the instructions line by line. The actions are carried out on the child's back.
