Brown Owl's Birthday Tea - MEGA BUNDLE

This multi-sensory, relaxation exercise was inspired by Brown Owl's birthday food, worm pizza. It's my birthday today, it's time to bake!Let's make worm pizza and chocolate cake.(a page from my rhyming picture book 'Brown Owl's Birthday Tea'.)Children HEAR the language being spoken by the teacher and then FEEL it on their backs or when they do the action for their partner.The children are also exposed to new language and learn the steps to make a pizza.HOW TO DO IT:You need a room with lots of space.Demonstrate with a volunteer for all to see.Put the children in pairs. One lies face down, the other kneels at their side.Read the instructions line by line. Children make their own accordion books to help them read some the key words from 'Brown Owl's Birthday Tea' by Rachel Schmidlechner and Nadja Grace Bodner.The books are very simple to make.  Simply cut off the edges, fold along the middle line and then fold like a fan.
