‘All about Halloween’ is a reading comprehension about the history and traditions of Halloween to be used in lessons.
The text has been adapted to fit two levels:
There is a worksheet for each of the texts. Vocabulary from the texts is worked on and the understanding of the text is checked. Theoretically, it is also possible to mix-and-match the texts and worksheets.
To round off the topic, there are ‘Conversation Strips’. The pupils can work in smaller groups or as a whole class to answer the questions. This should help to practise new vocabulary and knowledge gained from the texts.

The "Reading Projects - Package" is a growing collection of reading comprehensions for English lessons. The vocabulary from the text is worked on and the comprehension of the text is simultaneously checked. “Conversation Strips" (conversation questions on strips) are included as a summarising activity for each topic. The students can use them to discuss the topic in small groups or as a class and immediately apply their newly acquired knowledge or vocabulary.
