A cool game suitable for the development of critical thinking and speaking skills. It will help to revise what has already been studied or to test the students’ initial knowledge on various topics in an exciting way.

The rules are quite easy - the players take turns throwing a die and moving their chips to the appropriate number of steps. They take cards with words and then more advanced students come up with any fact they know about the object, topic or event, and the lower levels just call any characteristic (colour, size, shape, purpose, etc.).

Sample words and categories are in the file, as well as a blank for creating your own cards that are suitable for your students.

For example, you can use keywords from the news, holidays or traditions, your students’ hobbies, the key vocabulary from different topics etc.

You can use it as a board game or cards only. As for the playing cards there may be a lot of them or only 7-8 pieces. As soon as they are finished, just mix them and the students take them again. But if a fact has already been said, it cannot be repeated.

The game is suitable for any level and age. It’s perfect the first or final lessons in a term as well as for everyday classes, language camps and speaking clubs.
