Instead of asking students to do traditional vocabulary translations, I like to check vocabulary in a different way. With help of the Vocabulary Champion you can check if: 

• and how many vocabulary words the students have learned/can do and
• they can also use them.

However, to ensure that this remains a pure vocabulary test, it should always be emphasised and the pupils should be informed that the written text or grammar mistakes are not going to be assessed, only vocabulary knowledge! The circles in the template provide space for a sticker, a smiley or a short comment. 

My material may only be used in your own classroom and may not be shared with third parties (other than students).  Commercial use or distribution via the internet and passing on to other teachers is therefore not permitted. Thank you for your understanding!
