All cliparts are hand-drawn and lavishly colored with lots of love. My cliparts are for private and commercial use! But since I put a lot of heart and soul into each of my cliparts, I ask you to comply with my terms of use:

With the purchase of my cliparts you agree to my following terms of use:
By purchasing one of my clipart sets, you as the buyer are granted simple, non-exclusive, restricted and personal rights of use to the relevant clipart set. This means that you can also use my cliparts commercially in connection with the teaching and school-related material you have created yourself, provided you adhere to the following requirements:
1. It is exclusively teaching or school-related material that you have personally created for use in schools and for educational purposes.
2. Your material created with my cliparts will only be offered online for download via the sales pages "eduki" and / or teacherspayteachers.com and / or via your personal website / blog.
3. My cliparts must be firmly integrated into your material so that third parties cannot simply copy them out and take them individually from the file.
4. My cliparts may visually support your material, but not form the sole main component of the material or serve for purely decorative purposes. Pure coloring pages, posters, stickers, garlands, stationery, sets of pure picture cards / flash cards or similar are therefore not released for commercial use.

Important: No use for sets consisting exclusively of picture cards/ flash card, but only in connection with entire teaching concepts / series.
- the publication, distribution, distribution or sale of the stand-alone cliparts.
- The commercial use of the cliparts outside of class or school-related material.
- The commercial use of the cliparts as stand-alone images without reference to subjects relevant to the classroom.
- the commercial use of the cliparts for purely decorative purposes.
- Any kind of change in the clip art in terms of shape, color and statement.
- the use of the cliparts in the print-on-demand area or in apps or software.
- the production and sale of physical products that contain my cliparts.

These terms of use also apply to my free clip art sets, coloring pages / mandalas and all PDF sets.
