A poster for students to fill in with their personal details, designed to help you get to know them at the start of the school year.

This set of cards, available in colour and black and white, features eight different characters, each with their own story, personality, and preferences. Every character is accompanied by 25 varied personal details — such as age, nationality, hobbies, and more. The information provided can be used to spark engaging conversations and support role-play activities in English. In addition, learners can practise formulating questions by using the character profiles to ask relevant and meaningful questions to their speaking partner.

A set of 25 cards with personal questions to help you get to know others better. Each card features a question designed to encourage students to share interesting details about themselves or to discover more about their classmates’ responses. Topics include age, nationality, hobbies, food preferences, family, and much more.

This is a simple icebreaker activity for the first days of class. It helps students, as well as the teacher, get to know each other while practising English in a fun and engaging way. The game board contains 36 personal questions, arranged in a 6 × 6 grid. Each square of the grid contains one question. To play, you need two dice. Players take turns rolling both dice. The first die shows the row number (1–6) and the second die shows the column number (1–6). The player then answers the question in the corresponding square. Optional rule: If a question has already been answered, the player rolls again.
