The placement game / puzzle can be used as a playful and practical support for learning and practising ‘irregular verbs’. The pupils sit together in small groups and place the cards correctly in relation to each other on a table.
The haptic aspect helps to memorise the different shapes and so the material provides a change from regular lessons. Weaker pupils or pupils with disabilities benefit greatly from this method.
