This resource contains two sets of 40 cards: one with images of alarm clocks and the expression of the time, and the other just with the pictures. We also provide a link to access the interactive version of these 40 cards with the expressions and the pronunciation.Rules: The game starts with all the cards face down and players take turns to turn over two cards. If the two cards coincide, then they keep the cards, otherwise they turn the cards face down again. The winner is the person with the most pairs when all the cards have been taken.

The aim of this game is to tell the time in English by looking at the alarm clocks that appear on the 3x3 grids. In turns, each player or team places their “Hearts” or “Stars” into one of the empty nine squares on the grid. The goal of the game is to get three identical symbols in a row (either Hearts or Stars), horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. If a player or team successfully gets three of their symbols in a row, they will win the game. If all nine squares are filled and neither player or team has achieved three in a row, the game is a draw. Players alternate turns, placing one symbol at a time until one player wins or the game ends in a draw. We provide a PDF file with five grids and an interactive version of the game to play with electronic devices.
