Fluency Pyramids are a useful tool that helps in improving reading fluency among students. These pyramids start with a single word and gradually add more words with every line of text. The complete sentence is present at the bottom of the pyramid.

This packet of Fluency Sentence Pyramids includes five different sentences with varying degrees of complexity, including uppercase, lowercase, and manuscript letters.

These sentence pyramids offer many opportunities for students to practice reading with proper phrasing, intonation, and expression. Practicing reading in short sentences helps students who may become overwhelmed when reading longer passages.
