What if I told you, that you do not need to implement the overwhelming number of Strategies to provide accommodation for English Language Learners?

I have been a teacher of a classroom with language learners and I have been a language learning student in a class.

From my teaching experience, I have learned, that trying to meet the needs of all students, including providing accommodation for English language learners, is an unachievable ideal, which only leads to burnout. 

From my experience as a lifelong English language learner myself I have learned that an organized teacher can provide learning content, that, if done right, can be accessible to English language learners without providing extra deliverables, such as audio recordings.
