This worksheet contains a table with 16 interesting facts about the Internet and the WWW that the pupils have to confirm as "fact" or disprove as "fake".

To do this, the children should use Google (or any other search engine). It is important that the children do not have to type in the question completely. For the search engines, e.g. "inventor internet" is already sufficient. During their Internet research, the children learn a lot about the Internet in a playful way.

After a certain amount of time, the teacher can compare or discuss the answers with the help of the solution. The worksheet is suitable for pupils from grade 6 for the subject of computer science or digital (basic) education or for substitute lessons.
