During the reading walk, the children move freely in the classroom or on the school grounds. Each child receives its own reading text, which is attached to a clipboard. Thanks to the triple differentiation of my material, there is a suitable text for each reader.

During the simple reading walk, the child either goes alone or with another child. First, the first word is selected and then the appropriate picture is found. The number shown in the picture is written after the word. If there is also a letter on the picture, this letter is also written behind the number. At the end, the letters are read from top to bottom and form the solution word, which is to be entered into the boxes for checking purposes.

In the middle reading walk, the child also goes alone or together with another child. They look for the picture with the number 1, find out whether the sentence is right or wrong and then make a cross in the appropriate column behind the sentence. At the end only the letters are painted, with which a "correct cross" was set. Read from top to bottom, the result is the solution word, which is to be entered into the boxes again for checking purposes.

During the difficult reading walk the same is done as during the middle walk. The only difference is the complexity of the sentences and the size. In addition, the fast walkers receive questions which they are askedto answer in a whole sentence with the help of a precise image observation. The material promotes fluent and sensual reading, cooperation and a high level of motivation, because the children can deal with the material completely alone, at their own pace and level.
