In this material you will find 6 activities to practice grammar (there is/are, prepositions) with the following vocabulary: rooms and furniture.
1. Activity 1: Reading
2. Activity 2: Fill in the gaps: read the sentences and fill in the gaps using some prepositions: between, under, on, next to, in front of, behind.
3. Answer the questions: looking to the picture. Where is the....?
4. Correct the mistakes: find the mistakes in the sentences looking to the pictures.
5. Writing: write a description looking to the picture.
6. Creative writing: draw the objects where you want and then write a description.
If you want to work the oral competence as well, find the HOUSE A3 SIZE where you will have the possibility to print the house in an A3 size and dictate the students where to put the objects. They can also read the documents here and do it in a more interactive way by printing it.
