This story walk is a fun activity for an Ireland or St. Patrick's Day topic and it will get all of your students moving!

There is a vocabulary worksheet to give the students the essential vocabulary they need to do the story walk. (There are 2 different versions.)

Before the activity, put the pictures up on the wall around the classroom, or even better in a larger space like the corridor or outside. 

Students read each part of the text and find the matching picture. They then write the letter of that picture on their worksheet. At the end of the activity, they can check their answers to find out what the mystery message is.

The story walk is available at 4 different levels so you can use this activity in many different classes, or simply pick the best level for each student in your class.
