Summery of the content
“The Beautiful Fish” is one of the “Tales of the little Hedgehogs” . In this play a fairy tells the Little Hedgehog why the dewdrops are the tears of stars, why the fish jump out of the water so often and why the nightingale sings so beautifully. These fairytale explanations are not only beautiful, but they also relate to comparable situations in the real world.

The script assigns speaking parts to 11 children and non-speaking roles to 4 children This number can be increased by adding e few fish roles (non-speaking roles) or reduced by decreasing the number of fishes. The duration of a performance is about 20 minutes.
