This is a short test on the comparison of adjectives with one, two or more syllables.

In the first task, the adjectives have to be put into the correct category: comparison with -er/-est or with more/most?

In the second task, the students have to complete sentences using the comparative as well as the superlative of certain adjectives. Spelling rules need to be applied (y --> ie, g --> gg).
