How to play the game: 

This game can be played with the picture-picture cards, the picture-word cards or even a combination of the two (picture + picture + word card). It can be played in pairs or in small groups.

The game starts with all the cards face down. Players take turns to turn over two cards (or three if you're playing with all the cards combined). If the two cards make a pair, then they keep the cards and play again. If they don't, they turn the cards face down again.

When there are no more cards facing down, players count their cards. The player with the most cards wins.

To get your students speaking English while playing this game, ask them to say the words of the cards as they turn them over.
