Mit diesem Matching Game können Kinder den englischen Wortschatz zum Thema Kleidung spielerisch üben und wiederholen. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler suchen schnell die gemeinsame Abbildung auf zwei Karten und nennen das passende englische Wort.
Die visuelle und motivierende Aktivität eignet sich ideal zum Üben von clothes vocabulary, Sprechen und visueller Wahrnehmung. Da die Karten keine geschriebenen Wörter enthalten, können sich die Lernenden auf die Bilder konzentrieren und den Wortschatz mündlich anwenden.
Option 1: Wettbewerb
Verteile alle Karten bis auf eine an die Spieler. Eine Karte liegt in der Mitte. Die Spieler suchen das Bild, das auf ihrer Karte und der Karte in der Mitte vorkommt, und nennen das englische Wort. Danach legen sie ihre Karte in die Mitte. Das Spiel geht weiter, bis ein Spieler keine Karten mehr hat. Dieser Spieler gewinnt!
Option 2: Gemeinsame Aktivität
Für eine nicht wettbewerbsorientierte Variante suchen die Schülerinnen und Schüler einfach das gemeinsame Bild auf den beiden Karten und nennen das englische Wort laut.

Make practising and reviewing clothes vocabulary fun and fast-paced with this Matching Game. Students race to find the picture that appears on both cards and say the corresponding word in English.
This visual and engaging activity is a great way to practise English clothes vocabulary, speaking and visual recognition. There are no written words on the cards, so students can focus on identifying the pictures and saying the vocabulary aloud.
Option 1: Competitive Game
Deal all the cards among the players except one, which is placed in the middle. Players look for the picture that appears on both their card and the card in the middle and say the word in English. They then place their card in the middle. The game continues until one player has no cards left. That player wins!
Option 2: Cooperative Activity
For a non-competitive version, students simply find the picture that appears on both cards and say the English word aloud.
