This sheet deals with the “if-clause” type 2. It requires learners to reflect on the question ”What would you pack into your suitcase, if you went to New York City?”

Differentiation is given on this excercise sheet: While the stronger learners are free to write down whatever comes to mind using the “if clause” type 2, learners working on “M-Level” are provided some help and inspiration for what they could write. For the “G-Level”, however, not only example sentences and ideas are given, but also a grammar box that reminds how to form the second conditional clause.
