The students walk around and ask their classmates the questions starting with "Do you have a/an"
Prompt the students to not reply if the question isn't formed correctly.
Have them reply with "Yes, I do." "No, I don't."
You can play it as a game with the student who first filled in all fields with a name wins. Have him or her correctly read "X, Y and Z have an unusual pet."
You can also use it as a prompt for further dialogue in higher levels. Have students describe their unusual pet or problem or talent.
