This reading riddle is a fun way for young learners to practise their reading skills!

• Flashcards will help you introduce the vocabulary from the text.
• The Cut & Glue activity will help the students practise the vocabulary and can later help them with the reading riddle.
• The Reading Riddle is available in colour or in black & white. The students follow the clues in the text to find the pot of gold. They draw their journey on the picture. At the end, there is a little vocabulary puzzle which will help them to cheeck their answers.
• A worksheet where the students read through sentences to find out names of the characters/colours of their objects can be used as either a pre- or a post- reading activity.
