Similar to I have... Who has...? with American English and British English word.

Every student gets a card. The extra cards are given to volunteers who will then have more than one card.

One student reads eg, "Americans call it cookie."

Everyone else has to listen. The student with the British English version then has to read their card, "The British call it bisciut. Americans call it candy."

And so on.

The students love it if their time (from the first students reading the first card to the last student reading the last card) is timed. That way they can play again and try to beat their own time, or they compete against another class.

Alternatively, the students can also walk around with their cards and talk to each other to find their partners and ultimately build one long line.
