Mit diesem Find the Pair Game können Kinder den englischen Wortschatz zum Thema Kleidung spielerisch lernen und wiederholen. Die Aktivität verbindet visuelles Lernen mit Konzentration und Wortschatztraining.
Das Spiel enthält 33 Kartenpaare: eine Bildkarte und eine passende Wortkarte. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler suchen die beiden Karten, die zusammengehören.
Lege alle Karten verdeckt auf den Tisch.
Die Schülerinnen und Schüler drehen abwechselnd zwei Karten um.
Wenn Bild und Wort zusammenpassen, behalten sie das Paar und dürfen noch einmal spielen.
Wenn die Karten nicht zusammenpassen, werden sie wieder umgedreht und der nächste Spieler ist an der Reihe.
Wer am Ende die meisten Paare gesammelt hat, gewinnt.
Die Aktivität lässt sich leicht an das Niveau der Lerngruppe anpassen. Für Anfänger oder jüngere Lernende können weniger Kartenpaare verwendet werden.

Make learning and reviewing clothes vocabulary fun with this Find the Pair Game. Students match pictures with words while practising their English vocabulary, concentration and memory.
The game includes 33 matching pairs (66 cards in total): one picture card and one word card for each clothing item.
Shuffle the cards and place them face down.
Students take turns turning over two cards.
If the picture and word match, the player keeps the pair and takes another turn.
If they do not match, the cards are turned face down again and the next player goes.
The player with the most pairs at the end wins.
The game can be adapted to different levels by choosing how many pairs to use. Use fewer pairs with beginners or younger learners and add more cards for an extra challenge.
