Situation: A celebrity who usually does not like to have pictures taken of themselves by strangers shared a picture of themselves taken by a paparazzo on Instagram. The celebrity’s face cannot be seen in the picture. You can only see their body. The paparazzo had already licensed this photo to a tabloid magazine. Now, the paparazzo is suing the celebrity.
