Work in mini-groups. Answer the questions:
Match the words / phrases with their meanings.
Read the dialogue in pairs. How does Kate feel? Why?
Read the dialogue again and choose True (T) or False (F). Work in groups and say why False is incorrect
Look at the dialogue and tell how Kate’s feelings change from the beginning to the end of their chat. Then match the feelings with the situations from the text.
