With this material, you will work on Wassily Kandinsky through various activities:

For the first activity, we will research the biography and works of the artist. You can print this sheet in A4 or A3 format. The work can be done individually or in groups. Each box will be filled with the most relevant information, always in chronological order. Decorate using the author's characteristic colors.

We will practice how to draw circles with a compass. For this, in the next activity, we will divide the drawing pad into 16 parts. In each part, students will use the compass to draw several concentric circles. Decorate with wax crayons. Afterwards, they will use black tempera paint to draw a tree.

There is a theory sheet where students can learn about the plane and shapes when creating a composition.

Use the provided template to create a composition with circles. Use the compass to draw the circles, outline them with a black marker for a better result. Color with markers, using the colors you like the most.

Students can design a T-shirt following the artist's style. Look for several of Kandinsky's works so they can imitate his shapes or colors as they like.

There is a template to build 3D octahedrons decorated in Kandinsky's style. They turn out beautifully.

Considering that in this unit we are working on geometric shapes, students will develop their creativity by creating elements based on the proposed shapes from the sheets.

The highlight activity of the unit is a foldable card decorated in the artist's style, which looks really impressive.
