Students discuss and rank superpowers, learn useful vocabulary and expressions, respond to unexpected crisis scenarios, plan a story and finally complete The Worst Superpower Writing Challenge.

The lesson practises much more than writing: students naturally use narrative tenses, sequencing, cause and effect, problem-solving language and storytelling techniques while developing speaking and critical-thinking skills.
