Σκοπός αυτής της αφίσας είναι να βοηθήσει τα παιδιά να οπτικοποιήσουν τον κανόνα σχηματισμού του Past Continuous (was/were + verb with -ing ending). Το πρώτο φτερό της νυχτερίδας συμβολίζει τα was/were, το σώμα της το ρήμα και το δεύτερο φτερό την κατάληξη -ing. Για να ειναι ολοκληρωμένη η νυχτερίδα οι μαθητές δεν πρέπει να ξεχνάνε να χρησιμοποιούν τους κατάλληλους τύπους για να σχηματίσουν τον Past Continuous.

The purpose of this poster is to help children visualize the rule for forming the Past Continuous (was/were + verb with -ing ending). The first wing of the bat symbolizes was/were, the body represents the verb, and the second wing stands for the -ing ending. In order for the bat to be whole, students must remember to use the correct forms in order to construct the Past Continuous properly.
