I spy with my little eye ...
Cat in a hat, playing with a bat!
Mum in the sun, going for a run!
Children meet Brown Owl's friends and family as the rhyming story of 'Brown Owl' is retold with this story walk.
1) place the picture cards around the room
2) hand out the differentiated worksheets (Level 1: single words, Level 2: short phrase, Level 3: longer phrase)
3) children match the word/phrase on their worksheet with the picture card and write down the LETTER that they find
4) put all the letters together to find the secret message!
