THIS SET INCLUDES ALL 7 ACCORDION BOOKS from Brown Owl, Brown Owl at the Zoo and Brown Owl's Birthday Tea, by Rachel Schmidlechner and Nadja Grace Bodner.Children can make their own accordion books to practise reading key words and rhyming word/phrases from the 'Read and Rhyme with Brown Owl' books. The books are very simple to make.  Colour the pictures, cut them out, read the words on the other sheet and stick the pictures in the correct place. Then cut off the edges, fold along the middle line and fold like a fan.  TIP: The colouring of the picture sheets can also be carried out as a colour dictation.e.g. Colour Cat black! Children can take the accordion books home and show off their reading skills.
