UNIT WORKSHEETS BASED ON "GIRAFFES CAN'T DANCE" PICTURE BOOK
Work with your students the picture book "Giraffes can't dance". This documents includes:
- a "Cut & Paste" worksheet to practice parts of the body with animals.
- a cootie catcher to practice the grammar structure "CAN/CAN'T". Students need to fill the cootie catcher with the words CAN or CAN'T depending on the prompts given (a tick or a cross).
- a minibook with the story sequenced so children can draw the important scenes to remember.
This material is intended to be used with young learners (1st and 2nd graders). It is easy to prep and it requires little preparation.
