These are three different types of card prompts for students to write better stories.

• Print as many sets of cards as students/groups you are going to use it with.

• Students/groups should get 3 orange cards, 3-5 blue cards, and 3-5 red cards.

• Use the prompts to brainstorm ideas to write a short story. All the cards must be used.
